Five years after buying the Zlati Gric vineyard, RSBC has sold its first Slovenian investment to Petr Valenta and David Hauerland, the owners of Fidurock. RSBC’s spokeswoman said there was no shortage of potential buyers but that with Valenta and Hauerland, the vineyard’s further growth was assure. Hauerland said they’ve been visiting the area for years, adding that there was a tourism/real estate angle to the deal as well in the form of four unreconstructed houses. The 73 ha complex currently offers 10 beds for accommodations, but the new owners believe this . . .
