PPF appears to believe that despite all the recent tragedy in the recent past, entertainment and conferences are the future. Its subsidiary Prague Entertainment Group announced the acquisition of the operator Forum Karlin in Prague 8. Seznam Zpravy points out that as it already owns the O2 arena and its multifunctional congress center O2 universum, PPF now runs the city's most prestigious fora. "The connection of the three buildings makes enormous sense to us," said Robert Schaffer, chairman of (PPF-owned) Bestsport.
