The volume of deals completed in the first quarter of 2022 was an impressive €900 million, the largest volume for a Q1 in years. The gush of transaction activity was led by CEE investors (77% of volume), with Czech-based buyers at the head of the pack (49%). Slovak investors were busy as well, accounting for 23% of the volume, according to a report that Knight Frank just issued. In fact, the biggest of the lot was the CPI Property Group’s sale of Igy České Budějovice and City Park Jihlava to 365.invest. It’s really positive news . . .
