Bratislava office vacancy stuck above 12%

According to the Bratislava Research Forum, Q2 office leasing activity came to 37,000 sqm, which was a 19% increase compared to a year ago. In most years, that would represent significant improvement, but Q2 2020 was a catastrophic period pretty much everywhere in the world, meaning the bar was set pretty low. Similarly, vacancy fell marginally from 12.57% to 12.22%, a result that looks weaker given the fact that just 2,734 sqm of new space was added to the market at the new building Metropolitan Star.
