Capexus prepares for River Corner move following ČEZ ESCO merger

Capexus is preparing to trade its old headquarters in the Michle district of Prague 4 for the River Corner building across the river in Prague 5. Built over a decade ago and formerly known as Lyra, it was acquired last summer by 100 Towers Holding, the investment group of Capexus co-founders Daniel Matula and Karel Konečný.

They acquired the nearly-empty building with the intention of upgrading and leasing it. Under their plans, the Capexus team of 120 will take one floor (around 1,500 sqm) and the company will open a new showroom with an experience center . . .
