CBRE: Office renegotiations rise 33% in H1

According to new figures from CBRE's half-year report, Prague office take-up rose 22% compared to the first six months of 2020 to 183,300 sqm. Of that total, 43% was made up of renegotiations, an increase of 33% compared to a year ago. A total of just 53,000 sqm of new space hit the market through June, of which 75% was pre-leased, meaning that new supply levels dropped 40%.
