We appear to be just days away from paying an average of CZK 150,000 per sqm for a new flat in Prague. That’s 30% higher than it was a year ago, according to the latest edition of an ongoing report by Trigema, Skanska and Central Group. Back in May 2021, were shocked by 15% - 20% annual price hikes and hoped prices would slow as mortgage rates rose. Well, rates are about 3% higher than they were back . . .
