Savills has named Michaela Semanová the new Head of Property and Asset Management within Savills in Prague, with immediate effect. She’ll be taking over the position from Petr Machula who’s left the company. Michaela joined Savills in November 2017 through the acquisition of SB Property, where she was managing director and founding partner. She’s now been made responsible for managing existing client portfolios and new business development. Savills has picked up several new assignments in recent months, including three major instructions from KGAL Investment Management Group GmbH, Cimex Group and Immofinanz, which added approximately 237,500 sqm to Savills’ existing portfolio. The volume of the portfolio Savills currently manages in Czechia and Slovakia is 411,000 sqm, with AUM of roughly €1 billion.
