David Yearn has taken over at Managing Director of REassurance. Yearn spent the past 14 years with First Title, where he was Business Development Manager for Central & Eastern Europe. For REassurance, it means he has experience in numerous countries and across most sectors. He replaces Charles Cruden as MD, with Cruden staying on as a Non Executive Director within the company.

JLL has moved to strengthen its investment expertise in Prague by appointing Robert Paulson as Head of Capital Markets for the Czech Republic. He originally joined JLL’s Prague office in 2014 before moving to Romania as head of CBRE’s Capital Markets team in Bucharest. In returning to Prague, he’ll be taking over a 5-person team that focuses on the Czech investment market.

Savills has appointed Martin Ducháč as its new Senior Office Consultant in Prague. The company has assigned him to landlord representations together with Head of Office Agency Pavel Novák. Ducháč had been at Knight Frank since 2014, where his most recent position was Senior Consultant in the company’s Occupier Strategy and Solutions department. He’s worked with public institutions as well as private companies on a wide range of tenant and landlord assignments. The move took effect October 1.
