iO Partners has appointed Robert Sgariboldi as the Head of Industrial agency in Czechia. It’s part of the reorganization of following the promotion of James Fitzgerald to the company’s newly created role of Regional Director for Industrial & Logistics, covering the CEE and Balkan region. Sgariboldi joined the company in 2022 after more than 20 years in the sector. “Working alongside James and the iO Partners Czech team over the past year and a half, we’ve harnessed an ideal mix of skills and experiences to propel our business ahead,” he said, adding the team achieved 34% market share in the first half of 2023.
Meanwhile, Cushman & Wakefield’s Czech office has chosen Kamila Breen to lead its Research & Insights team. Breen’s real estate career began at Siemens Real Estate in 2004 in the company’s Munich office. She eventually moved to Prague as the company’s commercial manager in the Czech office branch. Beginning in 2020, she led first BNP Paribas Real Estate’s research department and then JLL’s as Senior Analyst. At C&W, she’ll be responsible for developing the firm’s market information on office, retail, logistics and industrial sector.
