Panic is spreading among among expats and Czech consumers alike as supply chains collapse for what's arguably the UK's most popular export: groceries. Not even the Covid-19 pandemic, which has killed off dozens of global retail chains and doomed the current occupant of the White House managed that trick. Marks & Spencer was the first to sound the alarm, shocking customers by announcing the company's fabled line of comfort food would no longer be available in Prague during the current lockdown.
