Michal Hink has left the Dentons in Prague to work client-side for Heimstaden, the European residential rental giant. He's been appointed as head of the company's legal division for all of its investment activities across Europe. Heimstaden currently owns, manages and is expanding its portfolio of 114,000 flats in seven European countries. In the last six months alone, it's acquired 4,000 flats in Berlin, projects with 2,500 units in Warsaw and 230 flats in Pilsen.
