Conseq buys 40,000 sqm industrial asset in Olomouc

Published: 09. 06. 2025

Savills has represented the vendor in the sale of a 40,000 sqm industrial property in Olomouc to Conseq Funds investiční společnost. The industrial complex comprises five standalone buildings constructed between 2008 and 2021. The property sits in Olomouc’s southern industrial zone with direct access to the D35 and D1 highways, providing connections to Poland, Slovakia, and Austria. The buildings meet modern logistics standards and maintain near-full occupancy. The seller remained anonymous in the transaction.

Conseq has been active in Czech industrial real estate transactions. Back in 2023, the fund sold its majority stake in Karlovarská Business Park to Accolade, exiting a 19,500 sqm property near Prague’s ring road that it had co-owned since 2017. That sale came during a period when Prague industrial rents reached €7.90 per sqm monthly for larger units, with smaller spaces commanding even higher rates.

This recent deal suggests continuing demand for industrial assets in regional locations, assuming the transport access is strong. Conseq operates across retail, institutional and private investor services, managing real estate funds focused on commercial properties with stable income streams.
