Tatra banka leads €116m syndicated loan for Eurovea extension

Eurovea 2 has secured €116 million loan that will be used to construct the extension of the Eurovea shopping center and Pribinova X office building in Bratislava. Tatra banka led the syndicate of banks (together with Slovenská sporiteľňa and UniCredit Bank) that provided the construction loan. Dentons prepared the contract documentation. Eurovea a.s. board chairman Peter Korbačka said the extension project was proceeding on schedule. The developer JTRE began construction work on the extension in December 2019, with phased completion expected in 2022 and 2023.
