Zdeněk Tůma teams up with Realism on IRQ Fondy

The former Czech National Bank governor Zdeněk Tůma has teamed up with Martin Pětivoký and Martin Hubinger of the developer Realism to form IRQ Funds. Its first fund is IRQ Residential Rental, which will focus on rental properties being built in popular locations in Prague and Brno. The fund's strategy is to focus on close partnership with developers (including Realsim itself) in order to offer returns not just from rental revenues but development profits. The minimum investment is CZK 1 million.

IRQ will offer three types of shares in the fund, depending on the total amount . . .
