Hegelmann Transporte’s decision to make AFI City 1 its Czech headquarters means that the 17,300 sqm office building overlooking the growing Vysočany district is now 100% occupied. The German family-owned company has grown into a global player since its founding in 1998, but it specializes in the Central European market. It’s taken nearly 1,900 sqm of space in AFI City 1 on two floors.
The deal follows another one with the self-service restaurant Delirest, with the Czech interior design company Nüssli and with the French pharmaceutical Pierre Fabre. Škoda Auto also exercised . . .
