ViaPharma signs 20-year lease with CTP for 27,000 sqm

CTP has concluded a 20-year lease deal with ViaPharma for two Czech CTParks. In all, the two building will provide 27,000 sqm of space for the company by the end of 2023. Located in CTPark Ostrava Poruba and CTPark Brno and Líšeň, they’re expected to included specific modifications that are unique for the pharmaceutical industry. The shed in Ostrava will be the ViaPharma’s fourth in the city.
“Pharmaceutical warehouses always require a number of special adaptations, which we have extensive expe-rience within the CTP portfolio,” said Jakub Kodr, Head of Business Development at CTP Czech Republic. The developer built the largest pharmaceutical warehouse in Romania back in 2020 – a 35,000 sqm building in CTPark Mogosoaia. ViaPharma has expanded its presence in Romania since then.
In both new Czech locations, ViaPharma will use the premises as a base for various types of pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. The new space therefor has to include separate areas for different sections requiring controlled temperature storage. Both warehouses are also highly sustainable in line with the latest BREEAM certification requirements.
