Portiva acquires Astrid Offices from UBM Development

UBM Development has sold Astrid Offices in Prague 7 – Holešovice to the Czech-based Portiva investment group. The 4,300 sqm building, which includes 440 sqm of retail space on the ground floor, is fully leased. Having received its occupancy permit in May, the building became the headquarters of UBM Development Czechia at the beginning of December. The building earned a LEED Gold certificate and was designed by Bogle Architects. UBM Development’s director Josef Widermann said there’d been a great deal of interest from investors. The fact that yet another Czech group has come out on top . . .
