Savills: Prague offices dominate Q2 investments

For all the alleged uncertainty over the office market, it's still dominating investments in the Czech Republic. According to a new report out from Savills, Q2 2021 transaction volumes were 42% up over a year ago and a full 47% higher than Q1 2021. And of the past five quarters, office was the most important sector in four of them. Savills' Lenka Pechová confirmed that six of the 14 deals completed in Q2 were in the office sector.
