Prague's city council has approved the next phase of investments being made in six projects by the Prague Development Company (PDS). Four of the projects are small rental apartment buildings, while another involves the construction of a nursery school deemed vital for the development of further residential space in its immediate surroundings. In all, the projects will result in the construction roughly 300 flats along with space for services and offices.
