JRD Real Estate has not only sold out its residential project Bohadelcke kvarteto in Prague 4’s Michle district but secured its occupational permit. It developed the energy efficient project in cooperation with the investor RSJ Investments. The L-shaped structure features four glass-enclosed towers with 183 units along with five retail units. Environmentally friend materials and sustainable technologies got priority wherever possible and JRD deployed an automatic system for ventilation and heat recovery. Along with a rich array of playgrounds and areas, the project even includes an ‘insect hotel’. RSJ board member Lukas Musil said “we’re always careful that development projects we invest in should add a great deal of value for their residents as well as for their neighbors and surrounding communities.”
