The developer PSN has begun the careful reconstruction of an apartment building on Studentska street in Prague 6 in a project it’s named BackYard Dejvice. The work will result in the creation of forty 1- to 2-bedroom units, of which just half are still for sale. Two of the units have front yards, while the courtyard in back has been designed as a common area. PSN entrusted the architectural solution to the Ofstone studio. The orginal building was erected in 1929 and now sits in an a neighborhood made lively by the nearby technical university campus . . .
