J&T Real Estate has announced that it’s sold over 20% of the residences of its project Downtown Yards. Located in the Nivy area of Bratislava between Košická and Plátenícka streets, the project is made up of residential blocks ranging from 8 to 27 floors. The developer is also counting on the construction of a wide range of retail, services and office space along with a kindergarten (built from timber). A 3-level underground parking garage for over 1,700 cars will enable surface level traffic to be minimized. Clean-up work on the project . . .
