Seznam Zprávy is reporting that the Redstone group came out on top in the race to acquire the Myslbek building in central Prague. With no confirmation from any of the players in the deal, the article can’t be taken as anything but the publication of rumors that have been circulating for the last couple weeks. While it mentions Redstone owner Richard Morávek’s owner has with Pavel Hubáček’s Banka Creditas, it doesn’t explicitly connect the dots on Na Příkopě. 100 million was (surprisingly for some) not enough to get the deal done. SZ also repeats another widely circulated claim, which is that Redstone’s 2024 hunting trip in Prague has also netted it Atrium Flora, which was on sale by G City Europe. The same two parties concluded a similar deal last year for Palác Pardubice. Redstone is the owner of Galerie Šantovka in Olomouc.
