Competition on the Czech industrial scene is set to get even stiffer with the announcement that Logicor launched a new office in Prague as May 1. At the same time, it put Pavel Rufert in charge of the office, appointing him as its Senior Development and Asset manager. He'll be responsible for strengthening Logicor's presence on the Czech market and securing new tenants while overseeing land and project acquisitions. Rufert's previous postings were at P3 where he served as Leasing Manager and JLL Czech Republic, where he worked for six years as a consultant. Logicor . . .
