Prague Property Forum is taking place on November 23, the fifth time Property Forum has held the real estate forum for real estate professionals in the Czech Republic. ThePrime.cz is joining the event this year as media partner, with founder Robert McLean taking on the role of moderator for a key panel on the residential market.
The gathering has been taking place annually since 2017, though the 2020 edition had to be held virtually because of COVID-related restrictions. The organizers expect more than 40 speakers and in excess of 200 visitors to be present at this year’s re-start with in-depth discussions to cover individual asset classes: office, logistics and residential.
It’s the residential market that emerged as one of the chief beneficiaries of the turmoil left behind by the pandemic. High-quality residential assets are attracting unprecedented interest from institutional investors and developers that didn’t build for rent before are now entering the market with full speed.
The confirmed speakers of the panel discussion focusing on the residential/PRS market, moderated by Robert McLean, are:
- Stan Kubacek, Senior Managing Director, Heimstaden
- Peter Noack, CEO, Zeitgeist Asset Management
- Petr Urbánek, Managing Director, Prague Development Company
- Radim Bajgar, Partner, Mint Investments
