Křetínsky buys Brno’s main bus station Zvonařka

The Czech business mogul Daniel Křetínsky has acquired Brno’s Zvonařka bus station through his property company EP Real Estate. According to the website Zdopravy.cz, this follows a transaction in which he acquired the bus transport company Tourbus, which owned the station. In 2020, Tourbus made a loss of CZK 7.5 million (on revenues of CZK 75 million), following the collapse in demand for transportation. The contractor PS Brno completed a CZK 105 million reconstruction of the station earlier this year on the basis of a design by Chybik + Kristof Architects & Urban Designers. European . . .
