Hines core fund acquires key logistics assets from CPI Property Group

Hines has acquired a portfolio of four fully-let logistics assets from CPI Property Group on behalf of its Hines European Core Fund (HECF). Located in Brandýs nad Labem, Vestec and Jažlovice, key occupiers of the portfolio include Continental Automotive, Boels and Mapei. In all, the deal was for 65,960 sqm of space, however the price was not released.
