Savills has expanded its reach in CEE by concluding an association agreement with Vienna-based Modesta Real Estate. Modesta’s office in Bratislava will be in close contact with Savills in Prague to coordinate service delivery in Slovakia, says Stuart Jordan, head of Savills in Czech Republic. Modesta Real Estate was founded in Vienna in 2002. Its 10-person team is led by managing partners Sebastian Scheufele and Andreas Polak-Evans whose practice focuses on office and industrial real estate as well as sourcing development land.
