Petr Koljadenko joins Goldbeck

Published: 20. 04. 2026

Petr Koljadenko has joined Goldbeck as Strategic Business Lead for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

He comes from Takenaka Europe, where he spent two decades in business development, most recently leading the company’s data center unit. Koljadenko began his career at CzechInvest, working on inbound automotive investment linked to the TPCA plant in Kolín.

His remit at Goldbeck covers rental residential, nearshoring-driven industrial demand, and parking solutions for retail assets. These are sectors the company sees as its main growth opportunities in the region.

The move brings him to a company with a German identify but deep local roots. Goldbeck operates three precast concrete plants in the Czech Republic — in Vrdy, Tovačov and Žatec — and it recently marked 30 years in the country. Over that time, it’s delivered over three million square meters of commercial real estate. The regional team across CZ, SK and HU now exceeds a thousand people.

Koljadenko says that what attracted most to the company was the integrated model. “From conceptual design and engineering through in-house production to turnkey execution — the modular approach, reflects the direction in which modern construction is heading,” he says. “It’s an efficiency-driven model that motivates me to grow the business across my markets and help investors deliver their real estate assets faster with cost certainty.”
