PPF Real Estate has acquired land in Bucharest that comes with a permitted office project. Once built, the ARC building will offer 30,000 sqm of new office space on the western end of the extended city center. Work is expected to get underway in the second half of the year. PPF Real Estate’s Investment Director says the building will include underground parking for more than 300 cars, adding that its already strong public transport connections will be enhanced by a planned train link to the airport.
