108 Agency is taking over the Czech branch of BNP Paribas following negotiations that began during the summer. Thee price of the deal hasn’t been made public. “Following a very successful launch last year of our office in Hungary in the midst of the pandemic, we’re glad to have succeeded in this strategic acquisition, which further strengthens our presence and portfolio of services in the Czech Republic,” said 108 Agency director Jakub Holec.
He added that integration of the two companies would take place during the first half of 2022. BNP Paribas has already exited Romania and Hungary . . .
