Last November, CPI Property Group merged its asset and property management divisions in a major restructuring of the way it leases and manages its wide range of properties. What wasn't yet clear was that the company was also in the process of selling off most of its facility management division, including its team, to Mark2 Corporation, M2C FM s.r.o. That's a company whose shareholders include CPI and M2C, whose General Director and co-owner is Matěj Bárta.
