CTP has agreed with Bosch on a tailor-made logistics warehouse in CTPark Bor with over 15,000 sqm of GLA. Bosch will move its operations from the Netherlands to the cross-dock facility in western Bohemia where it has the ability to expand if needed in the future. It will use the new site primarily for the storage of electronic components and camera systems but the plan also includes offices for local management and employees. We believe their decision was significantly influenced by the readiness of our buildings, fast, tailor-made space solutions and the location, which will help . . .
