Ikea has extended its lease agreement at SEGRO Logistics Park Prague in Hostivice. The deal continues the Swedish home furnishings giant long-standing relationshpis with Segro, which offers 250,000 sqm of industrial space at its park. The site offers quick access to the D5 motorway along with public transportation access for employees. “Environmental sustainability is hugely important to us and the park is therefore continuously undergoing innovations to meet the high standards of the international BREEAM certification,” says Daniel Kubizňák, head of Segro’s Czech division.
