The legal firm Wolf Theiss and the European media company Sky CP have both taken space in AFI Karlín in Prague 8. AFI’s head of asset management Kateřina Holická says Wolf Theiss will open its new office this October under the terms of its lease, occupying 1,350 sqm on two floors of the building. Sky CP Limited is also taking 1,350 sqm, she said, adding that the tenant had hired the Perspektiv studio to provide the fit-out design. Construction work is underway, with the media group due to move in at the beginning of 2025. Current tenants at AFI Karlin include ALEF, mBank, Slevomat.cz, Edenred, IQVIA and Maersk. Nicknamed Butterfly, the building is located near the Křižíkova metro station, offering 23,000 sqm of GLA.
