Marek Lokaj took over as YIT Stavo's new general director for the Czech Republic beginning January 1, a promotion from his role as Technical Director. He replaces Vladimir Dvořák who had held the position since 2008, when YIT Stavo began building apartments in the country. In fact, Dvořák had led Euro STAVOKONSULT for 20 years before the company merged with YIT. Over the past 12 years, YIT Stavo has completed 2,300 flats in 20 projects.
