Ostrava’s new landmark office building Organica has topped out next to the Nová Karolina shopping center. The developer Contera introduced the project to the public in 2021, having engaged Schindler Seko Architects to complete the design. Tietoevery is the anchor tenant, but other companies like Individual Fitness and COKAFE have also signed deals. The building now stands at 80% leased. Project manager Martin Budina says tenants will be able to start moving in during the second half of next year. Contera is employing a wide range of technical solutions, including the syncing of the building’s HVAC . . .
