Prague’s wait for a new office project goes on

It’s now been 18 months since a new office project got underway in Prague. Q4 2023 ended without any shovels going into the ground, and the year itself saw just 98,400 sqm of new space hit the market. The real supply crunch won’t hit until 2025, warns Josef Stanko (Colliers) warns in a new report. At the moment, vacancy sits at 7.2%, or 280,700 sqm of the city’s total modern office stock of 3.91 million sqm.
