Tomáš Némethy (C&W): Bratislava’s rising office vacancy rising defies slower construction

It's no surprise that the coronavirus crisis has had a profound impact on Bratislava's office market. Still, in its Q1 Slovak MarketBeat report, Cushman & Wakefield described a "solid" net take-up share of 78%, while noting that this was partially driven by existing occupiers who were relocating under more competitive conditions. The report noted that total leasable area under construction reached 6-quarter low of 127,000 sqm as Sky Park Offices opened its doors to tenants.
