Gunther Mandl announced that ERSTE Realitná Renta has acquired the offices in J&T Real Estate's Zuckermandel project. The chairman of the board of Slovenská sporiteľňa Asset Management said it was fund's first acquisition. "Investors in our fund over the past 18 months have therefore become co-owners of one of the best office buildings in Slovakia," he said. The 16,800 sqm building was completed in 2017 and received a BREEAM Excellent certificate. Tenants include 365.bank, EY, Baumit, KIWI.COM, Novartis, Relevans, Havel & Partners, and Maple & Fish.
