The new Hungarian industrial property developer HelloParks is aiming to shake up Budapest's sleepy market by quickly launching a series of large new projects on each side of the capital. Development preparations are already underway on two of them.
Its first acquisition was of a 76 ha greenfield plot in northern Budapest in Fot, by the junction of the M0 and M3 motorways.
