Having bought Central Kladno, Portiva looking for more

The Brno-based investment group Portiva is looking to buy three shopping centers during 2021, though its executive director Pavel Svoreň isn't saying much else in the way of details. "The investments in one will be roughly between CZK 1 billion and CZK 1.5 billion," he told Hospodářské noviny, adding only that it would be comparable to Central Kladno.
