Investika acquires Adient warehouse near Wroclaw from Belgian fund

The Czech retail real estate fund Investika has acquired a logistics warehouse near Wroclaw for roughly CZK 1 billion from a Belgian investment fund. Hospodářské noviny reports it completed the deal in partnership with the Luxembourg investor Bud Holdings. It’s rented by the car seat producer Adient. “We haven’t given up on the Czech Republic, but foreign acquisitions are often more attractive now than Czech ones in terms of fulfilling goals,” said Investika’s portfolio manager Václav Kovář.
