ThePrime Real Estate Gala certainly started off with a bang, attracting nearly 360 guests to Žofín Palace on February 15. Right from the welcome drink, there was a great deal of surprise at the size and the quality of people in attendance right from the beginning, as people who hadn’t seen each other in years caught up with one another. The evening even featured stars from beyond the world of property thanks to the Master of Ceremonies Marek Eben and featured artist Pasta Oner.
If the higher goal for the evening was to raise money for the foster care non-profit support group Rozum a Cit, then it’s Mission Accomplished: in the charity auction, Pavel Sovička (Panattoni) won Pasta Oner’s painting “God save, We spend” for CZK 450,000. Since the artist donated the painting at no cost to the cause, 100% of the money went to Rozum a Cit. In addition, over 200 raffle tickets were sold either online or at the door, bringing the total collected to CZK 689,000. (Update, this has climbed to CZK 800,000 thanks to subsequent donations!)
But another key attraction for the evening was ThePrime Awards in which there were nine categories. Their winners were as follows:
