The boutique industrial developer demaco handed over a 12,500 sqm production facility to the automobile interiors supplier Eurostyle Systems and the investor Urbanity in Tachov. Partner Jaroslav Kaizr says his company acted as construction manager in this particular project. Demaco teamed up with Urbanity, which controlled and was investing in the Tachov site. “We didn’t have our own site in the Pilsen, Karlovy Vary region, so we found an investor who did and made the deal with us,” says Kaizr, adding that they were competing with other major industrial developers for the tenant . . .
