Lincoln Property Company buys Warsaw office project from Penta with ENERN

Lincoln Property Company has partnered with the Czech investment group ENERN to acquire a prime office development site in the Wola district of Warsaw from Penta Real Estate for around €25 million. Located 300 meters from the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, The Form will offer as much as 30,000 sqm office and retail space and Lincoln Property Company’s Polish debut. ” This project will benefit from a uniquely large and efficient floor plate of 4,000 sqm, our highest ESG commitment, and will feature a full range of amenities and amazing public space which will support both tenants and the wider community,” said Štefan Puci, Investment Director at Lincoln Property Company.
