Passerinvest has opened the first new office building of 2024 next to a stop on the C line of the metro. Roztyly Plaza offers roughly 21,700 sqm of administrative space along with 1,600 sqm of retail and a modern canteen. The seven floors of offices surround the building's spacious atrium and its dramatic hanging sculpture. Originally, the Roztyly metro station appears to have served largely as an access point to the popular Krč forest, though an OBI DIY store and the huge T-Mobile headquarters building now stand nearby.
