Crescon to begin work on Pec pod Sněžkou apartment project

With a construction permit now in hand, the developer Crescon is ready to begin demolition work on its mountain resort project Zahradky 1000 in Pec pod Sněžkou. This will require the reconstruction of an existing mountain cottage so that 33 new luxury units can be created. Roughly 20% of the units have already been either sold or reserved, with hand-over planned for the first quarter of 2027. The six-storey complex used to be used for recreational purposes by employees of Czech Radio. Nothing but the foundation and load-bearing elements will remain, before reconstruction work begins.
