With a construction permit now in hand, the developer Crescon is ready to begin demolition work on its mountain resort project Zahradky 1000 in Pec pod Sněžkou. This will require the reconstruction of an existing mountain cottage so that 33 new luxury units can be created. Roughly 20% of the units have already been either sold or reserved, with hand-over planned for the first quarter of 2027.
