The bureaucratic gears in Prague turn slowly, but at least they're moving. Between March 16 and 19, four significant residential permits cleared for Horizon Holding, CPI, Geosan, and Central Group. Still, even as the approvals stack up, the actual "groundbreaking" remains a moving target for some of them.
In Čimice (Prague 8), Horizon has secured a road infrastructure permit for the third phase of its Nad Čimickým Údolím project. This involves approximately 400 apartments that are being built on the former military repair site. Phases 1 and 2 delivered 293 units between 2016 . . .
